Laying instructions

1. The maximum width of the adhesive washing pad is 1000mm, and if it exceeds 1000mm, it needs to be spliced. The length can be customized, with a length of ≤ 20 meters per piece, and can be cut;

2. Surrounding protective strips (with a width of 100mm), with beveled corners for a more aesthetically pleasing fit; Each product comes with a free set of edge protectors;

3. The sticky dust floor mat is divided into front and back sides, with a white adhesive surface attached to the ground; The back of the edge banding has adhesive tape attached to the ground;

4. The material is slightly soft, with a certain degree of elasticity, and there is no limit to the number of people who can pass through it, with permanent stickiness;

5. When cleaning the sole of the shoe, it is recommended to lay it with a length that allows people to step on it for 3 steps or more, and the longer the length, the better; When cleaning the wheels, it is recommended to lay the length to ensure that the wheels can be rolled on top for 3 or more turns; (The wheels are suitable for straight driving, and it is not recommended to make right angle turns on washed sticky dust pads. If a right angle turn is required, steel plates should be laid on the ground pad.).

Instructions

1. Cleaning object:

Sole cleaning and wheel cleaning. Sole cleaning is not limited to personnel, and wheel cleaning is limited to a load of ≤ 5 tons;

If the wheels contain a large amount of mud, dust, oil, or water, it is recommended to first clean or dry them outdoors before using this product for wheel cleaning.

2. Choose laying:

Choose a floor that is flat, smooth, dust-free, oil-free, waterless, and ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity, such as water, epoxy resin, anti-static flooring, metal plates, etc;

The straight passage at non turning points is laid on hard and flat ground; When laying the water washed sticky dust pad, choose to stick it on the back adhesive surface to the ground, and do not leave bubbles or wrinkles at the bottom when attaching.

3. Cleaning and maintenance:

When cleaning, use a sponge mop (soaked in water, moistened, and wrung dry) that will not shed fibers or eyebrows, or use a specialized electric cleaning mop with a hair roller to clean. Wait for the surface of the washing pad to dry naturally and restore its stickiness before using it again. It is recommended to use a specialized water wash adhesive cleaning solution (included with a complimentary bottle) to avoid damaging the adhesive material.
